Geological Disposal Facility (GDF) Working Group – Open Public Event

Nuclear Waste Services (NWS) today confirmed the formation of a new Geological Disposal Facility (GDF) Working Group in South Holderness, East Riding of Yorkshire, to begin engagement about whether the area might be suitable for a GDF.

An introduction to the working group, which is open to the public is being held on Monday 12th February at Burstwick Village Hall. Event runs from 11.30am until 6pm.
